All sites are Full Hook Up which includes electric, and city water/sewer.

May 1st through Sept. 30th there is a $4 per day surcharge for electricity. (air conditioning)

Rates are based on 1 or 2 guests. Additional persons are $5 per day.

*We offer a 10 % discount on our daily rate for Good Sam, AAA, ARVC, Military, and First Responders.

Rates Effective November 1, 2023
$4.00 daily fee on all non-RV vehicles requiring electricity. (electric cars, golf carts, scooters, etc.)

• All rates are based on the 1 or 2 persons.

• Additional persons are $5 per day, $30 per week, $90 per month. (Children under 6 are free).

• The weekly rate is based on 6 x the daily rate with the 7th day free.

• Pets are permitted but must be on a leash and cleaned up after.

• Check out time is 12:00 noon.
